Blue Ridge Communications, which counts about 160,000 customers in Pennsylvania, is launching a digital tier in its rebuilt systems in Stroudsburg, Lehighton and Ephrata. Basic digital customers will receive 13 digi nets, an electronic program guide, digital music, access to 38 PPV channels and several multiplexed premium services for $10. Customers also can sign up for an entertainment/info digi tier that costs an extra $3.95.
