CNBC WAKES UP EARLIER

CNBC is beginning its live Business Day programming an hour earlier beginning on April 1. The business news network's new programming lineup features Wake-up Call with Liz Claman and Carl Quintanilla from 5 to 7 a.m. EST; Squawk Box with Mark Haines, Maria Bartiromo, Marci Rossell, David Faber and Joe Kernen from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.; Midday Call with Martha MacCallum and Ted David from 10 a.m. till noon; and Power Lunch with Bill Griffeth and Michelle Caruso Cabrera from noon to 3 p.m. The rest of the Business Day schedule is unchanged. The shift comes two months after the network moved Squawk and other shows an hour later in an attempt to cover the markets' opening bells more comprehensively.
