Cableready is organizing a food drive during the National Cable & Telecommunications Association convention in New Orleans in May.

The drive will provide the Second Harvesters Food Bank of New Orleans with unused food from show parties, booths and suites to be passed along to hungry residents.

Gary Lico, president and CEO of Cableready, has been organizing food drives since 1983 and has overseen the donation of more than 15,000 pounds of food to local charities during various conventions.
