A story in the Nov. 15 issue should have pointed out that Ameritech New Media's americast cable service ranked highest in the J.D Power and Associates 2001 residential cable/satellite TV customer satisfaction study, as announced on Sept. 6, while EchoStar's Dish Network came in first in the 1999 and 2000 studies.
