This mug shot of Court TV chief Henry Schleiff was sent to us anonymously with a note indicating it was smuggled out of police headquarters in New York City. The note said Henry was booked for disorderly conduct when he allegedly stormed the offices of People magazine to dispute his not being named (again) to the list of the sexiest men in media. Court TV denies these reports and insists the photo was part of a publicity stunt connected with a lunch to celebrate Court's thesmokinggun.com website. You decide. --Seth Arenstein
